Miami Weisse was evaluated as a German Wheat Beer (BJCP 2015 Style 10A, Weissbier, also known as a Hefeweizen).  Pours a very hazy yellowish gold with a big poofy white head of small bubbles which dissipates very quickly leaving no Belgian lace. The aroma is a very strong overripe banana with a... Read More

Evaluated as a Spice/Herb/Vegetable Beer (BJCP2015 30A) with the underlying style of British Brown Ale (BJCP2015 13B). Pours an almost clear deep brown with a moussy light tan head of tiny bubbles that is persistent and leaves light Belgian lace on the glass. Hazelnut comes across nicely in the... Read More

With a brilliantly clear orange-hued amber color and a three-finger cream-colored head, this beer tempts you with its beautiful presentation in the glass. The aroma is grainy with notes of toast and bread crust, and there is a nice big citrusy nose – lots of ripe tangerine with hints of peach,... pFriem Golden IPA by pFriem Family Brewers was evaluated as BJCP2015 style 21A American IPA. Poured slightly hazy deep straw with a medium head of small and medium-white bubbles that slowly fades to a 1-finger head, but regenerates when swirled. The aroma is light, grainy, bready malt with low... Read More

Pours a fairly thick and viscous hazy, light copper and struggles to create any head beyond a thin, light tan layer of tiny bubbles that has very little retention – possibly from the high alcohol content. Initial aroma is very light sweet chocolate and a very low cherry with moderate sweet...
