Monday Night Brewing Debuts New Limited Breakfast Beers

Monday Night Brewing in Atlanta, Georgia has announced the release of new limited breakfast-style beers. Full details are below.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes we don’t give it the reverence it deserves. Rushing out the door for work, you grab a mealy banana. Another sad bowl of cereal. Lukewarm coffee from the communal pot. No beer in sight until lunch or dinner time…sigh.

Breakfast Ante Meridiem, a fan-fave re-release, and Master of Crumpets, a small-batch, draft-only debut, are beers that exalt the most decadent hallmarks of breakfast: fresh maple syrup, smooth hints of vanilla, and coffee. Both these babies are dropping tomorrow in our Atlanta taprooms, with this new batch of Breakfast Ante Meridiem available to-go by the bottle. Early next week, Breakfast Ante Meridiem will hit the market across GA, TN, and AL and both releases will be on draft in our Nashville and Birmingham taprooms very soon.

Mother Earth Brew Co. Releases New Seasonal: 4Seasons Autumn - BBA Old Fashioned Ale

Mother Earth Brew Co. Releases New Seasonal: 4Seasons Autumn - BBA Old Fashioned Ale

Mother Earth Brew Co. Releases New Seasonal: 4Seasons Autumn - BBA Old Fashioned Ale

Mother Earth Brew Co. in Vista, Calfornia has announced a new autumn seasonal in its 4Seasons series. This offering is a bourbon barrel-aged brew in the style of an Old Fashioned cocktail. Full details are below.

Vista, CA & Nampa, ID – Mother Earth is welcoming the Autumn equinox with an intoxicating spin on a classic cocktail – the Old Fashioned. Using a 12.5% Barrel Aged Old Ale as its base, Mother Earth’s brewers carefully blended Maraschino cherry syrup, Navel orange zest, and authentic Aromatic bitters. The concoction yields a complex, boozy beverage that is as good quaffed as it is garnished.

“During the initial barrel blend and sampling it was clear we had something special. In fact the beer alone had so many likenesses to the cocktail, it  didn’t even take all that much imagination. It  was really about accentuating qualities that were already there. Of course, achieving balance in the sum of its parts is another challenge entirely, but we feel like we nailed it.”

-Christopher Baker - Director of Brewing Operations, Mother Earth Brew Co.

In terms of the beer, expect a thick, mahogany body with complex caramel, vanilla, and herbal qualities. Allow to warm slightly for best results. Though Mother Earth isn’t a brewery known for gimmicks and off-the-wall serving practices, they certainly won’t blame you if you drop an orange peel or cherry on top.
