Yacht Rock is a Brut IPA with citrus, pine, and hints of mango. The Brut IPA is a dry—0° Plato—version of an IPA. It borrows its name from the wine world; in champagne, brut means very dry.

Sun King Brewery in Indianapolis, Indiana has announced its upcoming beer schedule for October and early November.
The first release, which is available now, is fan-favorite IPA with Southern Hemisphere hops Foxy Jam Pants. Next up is the brewery's upcoming addition to its King's Reserve series, Bourbon Barrel 666: Sympathy for the Devil, a Belgian Black Ale debuting on October 27.
Zilker Brewing Co. in Austin, Texas has announced the debut of Zilker Festbier, which is slated to release at the brewery's Operation Steingrabber release party.
The party will feature live music, specialty food menus, limited-edition ceramic mugs as well as various draft-only beer releases.

Southbound Brewing Co. in Savannah, Georgia has announced the release of the first beer in the brewery's new Discography: The Sour Collection series.
The first beer in the series will be called Impressionist, a dry-hopped kettle sour, which Brewmaster Smith Mathews describes as finding "the right balance between hops and tart."
Impressionist is available now with the second beer in the series, a Brut IPA, slated to release next month. The full release from Southbound is below.
SAVANNAH, GA (October 2, 2018) – Southbound Brewing Company launches new limited Discography beer series.
Southbound Brewing Company released the first of their limited run rotating beer series this week, starting with Discography: The Sour Collection. The first of this sour series to hit the market is a dry hopped American sour ale, Impressionist.
Monday Night Brewing in Atlanta, Georgia has partnered with the city's Fernbank Museum of Natural History to debut a new collaboration beer called Big Head, Tiny Arms.
The hazy IPA is brewed with Motueka and Huell Melon hops for a citrusy, zesty profile. "The name and artwork for Big Head, Tiny Arms is an homage to the Fernbank Museum’s Giganotosaurus (A.K.A “Giggy”), the world’s largest meat-eating dinosaur, measuring 47-feet long with a six-foot skull," according to a release from the brewery.
The beer will debut at the brewery and will also be released at Fernbank for the Fernbank After Dark: Forensics series. An adults-only event that explores the science of solving crimes.
