Back East Brewing Co. Debuts Test Depth Lager in Honor of Veterans Day

Back East Brewing Co. in Bloomfield, Connecticut has announced a new American light lager release called Test Depth in honor of Veterans Day. Full details are below.

In honor of Veteran's Day, we are excited to once again be releasing a new beer, brewed by one of our very own veterans.  This year's beer was developed and named by Zach, one of our cellarman.  Zach is a US Navy veteran and spent quite a bit of time in a submarine during his service to our country.  Test Depth is our first American light lager and it is absolutely delicious!! We are so excited to share this light, crisp, and refreshing beer with everyone. Test Depth is brewed with pilsner malts and corn and is very smooth on the palate with zero bitterness, everything you'd want in a great lager!

This year we will once again be donating to a charity that supports our Veterans (we will be donating $1 from every pint and $1 from every 4-pack sold in our tap room).   A small amount of cans will also be distributed in the greater Hartford area next week, so keep an eye out.  We hope you love this beer as much as we do, because we would REALLY like to brew more of it.

Test Depth will be available in our Tap Room beginning this Thursday, November 11 (Veterans Day).

As a reminder, we offer a 20% discount on beer and merchandise ALL year-round to our US service members (active and retired).
