Our American IPA was designed to be light on the malt, and full of Citra hop flavor. Made with American 2-row & white wheat for a light body, this beer is then loaded with a combo of brewer-selected Citra & Simcoe in the whirlpool & dry hopping. The hops stand nearly alone in this one, with notes of grapefruit pith, peach, apricot & a hint of dank. Light-bodied but full of flavor, this beer is crisp & refreshing.

A beer style steeped in lore & tradition, our robust porter is made of a rich flavorful blend of English Crystal & roast malts hung on a backbone of Simpsons Golden Promise. Hops stay out of the way allowing the malt complexity to shine. Loads of coffee, chocolate & dark caramel meld throughout the flavor & aroma. Smooth with a medium body, Porter finishes semi-dry. A simple pleasure left over from bygone years.

Who Dat Golden Ale is brewed with pilsner and flaked barley and fermented with a hybrid yeast allowing this beer to ferment as an ale and then condition as a lager to create a crisp and refreshing beer. We added Citra hops and Hallertau Blanc in the kettle to give a punch of fragrant lemongrass, green grape and grapefruit.

A sour wheat ale, aged on loads of tangerine puree, reminiscent of a fresh mimosa. We wanted to bring you a refreshing sour ale, and this is it! Loads of sweet tangerine, soft acidity, with a pop of effervescence at the end. Grab a porch, grab a Pop!

We took this Drip Au Lait to another level. We started with a toasted almond cream base, added sweet valencia orange juice to give it a creamsicle like twist. We chose Hipp Family Honduran Monte Verde Natural for its sweet flavor profile and pineapple quality. Some of the coffee was dosed via cold brew and then we cold steeped a pound per barrel of Whole Bean for 24 hours for that added, fresh roasted coffee aroma!
