Once upon a time in the land of Bavaria, a darkness fell upon the beer in the town of Munich. But have no fear this darkness was born of toasted malt that produces a bready chocolate flavor. This full bodied brew is now know as Munich Dunkel. Our dunkel is made with just enough hoppy bitterness to scare away and overt sweetness. Then it is carefully lagered to produce a cleaness that no one will shudder at.
Fearless Youth is a Munich Dunkel lager. Dunkel translates to "dark" in German. The Dunkel style originated in Bavaria at a time when it was difficult to create a pale lager because the technology to do so was not yet available. In addition, the water in the Bavarian area made it possible to create a very dark malty beer lending to the style.

Once upon a time in the ancient city of Düsseldorf, monks perfected a style of brewing that used the top-fermenting yeast of an ale and the cold conditioning of a lager. The result was a clean-tasting, full-bodied ale, know as altbier.
At Grimm Brothers Brewhouse, we've crafted our own version of an altbier from specialty malts and the finest European and American hops. Like it's namesake, Little Red Cap is copper-colored and alluringly sweet. But don't be fooled there's some sass hidden under that hood.

Shannon Tejas Light is a bright and very drinkable ale that is BIG on taste and low on calories and carbs. Tejas Light is reminiscent of a Mexican-style lager but has a taste as big as Texas. This beer is brewed with organic malts and a blend of noble hops to produce a truly unique and crushable Texas beer.

Shannon Hazelnut Chocolate Stout is a wonderful milk stout enriched with natural hazelnut goodness. This rewarding treat is almost black in color. The chocolate and hazelnut flavors blend perfectly to make this beer rich and smooth without being too filling or overly sweet. Tasting notes include chocolate, Nutella, coffee, and toffee.

This Double IPA combines the flavors of lime, cherry and raspberry with a big juicy IPA to bring you back to the days when you chased the ice cream truck, not the beer truck.
