The aroma greets you with a prominent spicy alcohol character and significant stone fruit esters of peach and apricot. As the beer warms, a light floral hop aroma fights through the esters with a light bready caramel maltiness. The aggressive hop bitterness helps to balance the moderately sweet... The beer pours a beautiful amber color with a strong orange hue with an off-white head that is long-lasting. It has a light haze that is appropriate for a Triple IPA. This beer pours deep gold with a light haze, and a fine, white persistent head. The aroma is moderately tart with a hint of lemon zest, and a light peppery character that emerges as the beer warms. A light bready maltiness and moderate briny character also develops in the aroma. There is... Read More
