Chris Guest joined The Beer Connoisseur® in December 2014 as an Editorial Assistant. Now a full-time Web Editor, he has contributed several online-only articles to BeerConnoisseur.com as well as written and copy edited for The Beer Connoisseur® magazine. He is both an astute observer and a voracious consumer of pop culture and is attuned to its vivid history as well. He is passionate about furthering his knowledge of all subjects – though his preferences are music, sports and craft beer (specifically strong barleywines and hop-heavy IPAs).

Chris graduated cum laude from Georgia State University with a degree in Film & Video and a minor in Journalism. When not tapping away on his laptop’s keyboard, he enjoys playing guitar, crafting poetry, and writing both serious and satirical songs.
