Lone Buffalo: Cinnamon Maple Vanilla Barrel Aged Stout

Lone Buffalo: Cinnamon Maple Vanilla Barrel Aged Stout

Lone Buffalo: Cinnamon Maple Vanilla BA Stout
Description

We found some very rare barrels from our supplier and filled them with a thick, delicious stout over 30 months ago (February 20, 2021 to be exact) and let it age to perfection. We did not add any adjuncts to this beer post-barrel aging. All of the rich maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon flavors were developed in the barrel. This is the final Ex-Whiskey Cinnamon Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract barrel that we have in our inventory. Enjoy it while it lasts!

The 87

The 87

Massachusetts

The 87, Night Shift Brewing
Description

Lovingly named after our address in Everett, 87 is a tremendously hopped, hazy Double IPA. It pours hazy and glowing orange. A simple, clean malt bill allows its tropical bouquet of hops to shine bright. It sips smooth, with huge notes of nectarine and tangerine. Medium hop bitterness balances a hint of sweetness from the malts.

The can art for 87 is inspired by the mural at our brewery and taproom in Everett (fittingly located at 87 Santilli Hwy). We see 87 as our “house DIPA” so it only made sense to have it look and feel like our Everett “house.”
