Grassy Place Hazy IPA

Grassy Place Hazy IPA

Wisconsin
United States
Grassy Place Hazy IPA, Badger State Brewing Co.
Description

Left intentionally hazy as a result of the massive hop additions in the fermenter, this beer has a smooth hop flavor and big aroma from double dry hopping. Our Hazy IPA is named after the meaning of the Badger State: The word Wisconsin translates to "Grassy Place" hence our tribute to the place we call home.

Drip au Lait Orange Almond, Urban South Brewery
Description

We took this Drip Au Lait to another level. We started with a toasted almond cream base, added sweet valencia orange juice to give it a creamsicle like twist. We chose Hipp Family Honduran Monte Verde Natural for its sweet flavor profile and pineapple quality. Some of the coffee was dosed via cold brew and then we cold steeped a pound per barrel of Whole Bean for 24 hours for that added, fresh roasted coffee aroma!
