Fennec Pale Ale, Social Fox Brewing
Description

An homage to the OG of craft beers this pale ale will take you back to the days before barrel-aged lactose desert stouts with 100 adjuncts (not that we have any issue with those).
This pale ale features apollo, CTZ, and sequoia hops. That creates and earthy, floral hop profile. Backed by a simple grain bill to create a light bodied golden beer with a crisp finish. With a nice balanced hop bite our pale ale is a great introduction to the world of hops.

The clear golden beer pairs well with a hamburger or fried chicken, but it's also perfect on its own.

Urayasu Rice Lager, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co.
Description

Urayasu (rye-yah-su) Rice Lager is a Japanese-inspired beer, named after the sister city of Orlando, FL and where a well-known amusement park calls home today. Our connection with the history in Orlando brings back the past of a previous amusement park, where this one brings back their history of being an important fishing village for the Edo capital. Rice adds clarity, crispness, and a slight sweetness, while still only making up less than one third of the grain bill. This well-balanced beer combines the earthy herbal flavors of the land with the nobility and brightness of the sea, as Urayasu has.

Alluvium Pilsner

Alluvium Pilsner

California

Alluvium Pilsner, Seismic Brewing Co.
Description

After a full-day brewing beer, this pilsner is the go-to beer for most on our team. Alluvium is made with European-style malt which is sustainably grown and malted right here in California. Mirroring the ancient floor malting techniques of the best and oldest German breweries, this Pilsner gets nearly 100% of its malt from Admiral Maltings located in nearby Alameda, CA. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. This beer is as local as it gets going from farm to fermenter in less than 150 miles! Prost!

Otium

Otium

Louisiana
United States
Otium, Miel Brewery & Taproom
Description

"OTIUM" is a Hazy New England IPA with dry-hopped with Citra, Enigma, and Meridian. First, we brought in the Oregon-grown Meridian hop. Meridian is a daughter of Columbia, and is notable for its lemon sherbert and tropical fruit notes that dominate in this IPA. Then we added in Enigma hops. Enigma hops originate from a breeding program in Australia and was introduced back in 2013, pre-dating the current hazy, juicy IPA trend. After years of trial-and-error, Engima has found a happy home in these fruit-forward and lends honeydew melon and sweet berry notes in our IPA. We also added a dash of Citra to push the orange flavor to the front and give us that smooth and juicy quality that makes these beers so good!

On the nose, the yeast lends traditional aromas of pear, herbal spice, and whiffs of banana. The chamomile brings its own aromas of green apple skins to compliment the yeast, while the lemon peel and coriander balance with a a bright, grassy note.
